Elizabeth Gabay MW on Provence
Elizabeth Gabay MW has worked in the wine trade in various guises since the late 1980s, becoming an MW in 1998. She has been based in south-east France since 2002, and is now working as a freelance wine writer specialising in the wines of Provence, northern Italy and Hungary for various websites, as well as for English and international magazines. She has also judged for a number of international competitions, and is currently completing a book on the history of punch.
